Supporting Students with Dignity and Care
Every child deserves to come to school feeling confident, comfortable, and ready to learn. Tribe’s Closet helps make that possible for Santa Fe ISD students by providing new and gently used clothing, shoes, and personal care items—completely free of charge.
Located at the Alternative Learning Center (former Fritz Barnett Intermediate campus), Tribe’s Closet serves students across all Santa Fe ISD campuses:
Barnett Elementary • Kubacak Elementary • RJ Wollam Elementary • Santa Fe Junior High • Santa Fe High School
With more than half of our district’s families qualifying for free or reduced lunch, the need is great—but so is our community’s heart. Tribe’s Closet exists to ensure every student feels positive about themselves and ready to succeed.
This program is made possible through the generosity of our donors, community members, and the Santa Fe Texas Education Foundation. Together, we are proving that when our Tribe comes together, we can achieve so much more.
How You Can Help
We are currently accepting donations of the following items:
Boys:
Clothing (Pre-K4–12th grade)
Shoes (all sizes)
New underwear and socks
Girls:
Clothing (Pre-K4–12th grade)
Shoes (all sizes)
New underwear, socks, and sports bras
Personal Care Items:
Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash (3-in-1)
Toothpaste and Toothbrushes
Feminine Products
Please ensure all donated clothing is clean, gently used, or like new. We want every student to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident—just like their peers.
